The project consisted of a new 30,617 square foot Nucor Pre-Engineed building with a stick built interior. The building is a combination of a service shop, showroom, parts department and sales offices. The service shop included seven service bays, two oil bays, two wash bays, a detail bay, an alignment bay, a twin delivery bay, and a drop off bay. The shop also has tool storage, work room, lockers and a restroom for employees. There is a showroom for both Toyota and Subaru, a customer lobby, and a children’s play area.
