Our Safety Administrator develops site-specific project safety plans for every project and provides safety audits throughout the performance of the onsite construction. Before the start of any project, field personnel, subcontractors, and owner representatives are educated about construction safety requirements and specific job hazards.
Throughout the project, weekly “toolbox talks” meetings are held to provide contractor-specific instructions on safety procedures. KBC’s on-site Superintendent and all field personnel strictly enforce the safety program at all times and our subcontractors are integral to our safety standards, as they receive comprehensive education on construction safety requirements and job hazards, participate in weekly “toolbox talks” meetings, and are held to the same rigorous safety program enforced by our on-site Superintendent and field personnel throughout the entire project duration.
Working together we integrate safety as a natural part of our operations. Our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace is our #1 priority at KBC.
