Last year proved to be monumental in many ways, and we were a part of Kirk Corporation’s celebration of 50 years in business. The corporation’s milestones include:

• Kirk Corporation acquired Bodie Mechanical Services, Inc., previously Bodie Electrical, Inc. BMS (Bodie Mechanical Services, Inc.) has also added HVAC and plumbing to its list of services.
• ACI Const. Co., Inc. relocated its offices from Alvada, Ohio, about 20 minutes west to Findlay, Ohio. This new building will provide us ample opportunity for future growth.
• Kirk Corporation acquired a freight business for Alvada Trucking, which will broaden transportation capabilities and allow us to add more value to our clients’ needs.
• We kicked off a new leadership program that will help our employees further develop their leadership skills through monthly meetings. We are excited to walk alongside our employees and help give them the tools they need to be successful.

The continued growth of Kirk Corporation will help us achieve our mission to provide the highest quality service to our customers. We look forward to what the next 50 years holds for Kirk Corporation and its companies.
