Rich History of Exceeding Expectations
Representing decades of experience, ACI Const. Co., Inc. (ACI) is a division of Kirk Corporation, a family-founded construction firm headquartered in Findlay, Ohio. Established in 1969 as Kirk Bros. Co., Inc., the company initially operated as a local contractor specializing in general construction and municipal water and wastewater treatment plant construction. To better align with our expanding services and continued growth, Alvada Const. Co., Inc. was formed in 1987 to focus on general construction, allowing Kirk Bros. Co., Inc. to concentrate exclusively on municipal water and wastewater treatment plant construction. Reflecting our evolution and commitment to excellence, the company was rebranded as ACI Const. Co., Inc. in 2003.
As a division of this large multi-disciplined construction group, ACI offers a comprehensive range of services, including Construction Management, Design-Build, General Construction, and Self-Performed Construction. Over the years, ACI has played a crucial role in the growth and development of Northwest Ohio, fostering strong relationships with area businesses that rely on us for their construction needs.
